The charging speed is decent but it’s a paid garage, and there’s zero cell reception while you charge. There are better options.

Garage says $6.00 for first hour. But then it didn’t charge me? Confusing. Otherwise, great location. Easy to find directly ahead of entrance

Upon entering the garage, the kiosk failed to print a ticket, although the gate opened. As there was no on-site customer service available, I used the kiosk call button to report the issue immediately. The representative informed me that, regardless of the malfunction, I would be required to pay the “lost ticket” rate.

I explained that we were in the garage for approximately 10 minutes solely to charge, and I offered a receipt as verification. Despite this, no alternative solution was provided. When I requested to speak with a manager, either on-site or by phone, I was told that no manager was available.

The lack of on-site support, combined with an inflexible resolution process for equipment malfunction, resulted in a very disappointing experience. I have been avoiding this charging location and I would suggest anyone else do the same if they do not want to be late to their appt.

Good charger, relatively fast, free parking when I went.  As of 12/26/2025 I took a ticket when I entered the garage and then scanned the ticket to exit but wasn’t charged.  I was only there for maybe 25 minutes… no validation needed.  See attached photo for where to enter the garage… it’s not where it says it is on Google Maps.  You need to enter from the northeast side of the building.

Location is little difficult to find. These charging stalls are located in the below ground parking garage behind Amazon Fresh store. You will see an Amazon Fresh parking sign at entrance. At time of visiting in November 2025, there is not garage fee upon leaving.

Great place to stop and charge.  It's the ground floor level parking garage. I thought it was easy on easy out. We visited Amazon Fresh while we charged and hit a snack.
