Jonathan and David run one of the best service stations I have ever been to, period. With the constant high volume of people coming through this 7-Eleven / Mobil / Supercharging location, it would be easy for things to slip, but they keep this place operating at an exceptionally high level every single time.

Their leadership is obvious in the way the entire team performs. The store is consistently clean, organized, and well-stocked, and there is a level of professionalism here that truly stands out. No matter how busy it gets, Jonathan and David are always on point, making sure customers are taken care of, products are available, and the facility is maintained the right way.

As a military veteran, it is especially important to me to recognize people who hold the standard this high. Excellence, consistency, accountability, and pride in the mission matter, and Jonathan and David clearly bring those qualities to this location every day. That kind of leadership is not common, and it deserves to be acknowledged.

What impresses me most is that they do not just manage the store, they set the tone for it. That kind of leadership shows. Jonathan and David have built a team and an environment that reflect pride, consistency, and real customer care. It is rare to see a location this busy maintained this well, and they deserve to be recognized for it.

I sincerely hope upper management takes note of the outstanding job they are doing, formally recognizes their efforts, and reflects these accolades in their employee files. Employees and leaders who operate at this level should be acknowledged and appreciated. Jonathan and David are a credit to this location, and their work absolutely deserves recognition.

I confused this location with the one in Des Plaines. Once I started charging I realized this was not the Charging Station in my Tesla but the Chicago O’hare location. The Des Plaines location says 5 minutes away. I also noticed this location description is very fast 150kW, while the other is 250kW. FYI…The charge stayed below 110 at 11:30pm. There were 3-6 cars there the whole time. I expected faster charging at this time of night. This is the 7-11 convenience store so I didn’t have to sit in the car the whole time. 😊

Traveling from Toronto needed a gas refill plus bought some drinks and snacks from the convenience store which had plenty of food and drinks. Used the washroom and found them to be very clean. Excellent customer service.

Needed to charge my Hertz Tesla here to return it. Tried four different stations all maxed out in the 40kW range. Painfully slow. Almost missed my flight. Also this was crowded with the car rental employees bringing the vehicles here to top off. Not good.

This Supercharger is in the parking lot of a 7-Eleven.  When you zoom in on the screen of your Tesla it will appear as the Supercharger is at a casino - it is not.  It was a welcome surprise to us and the 7-11 bathrooms were very clean and the staff extremely friendly.  The charger itself was charging about 480 miles per hour and our battery was not pre-conditioned before arriving.
