They need more chargers and on a lower level. It takes forever to get to the chargers on the fifth floor. PLUS it costs to be in the garage if you can't validate your ticket. Make sure to preheat your battery, especially in the winter!

That said, it takes some work, but I was there when the mall was open and got my parking ticket validated by taking the elevator to floor 2 (not 2p lol) and going to Burlington coat factory. The validation station was an automated little machine at the first checkout counter.

Beware, you need to pay to enter the garage as if you were going to park.

Then you need to spend 5 minutes driving to the top floor.

Not worth it.

REVIEW UPDATE:  The charger is on 5th floor and you need to pay parking fee plus charging. The charging area is not maintained with cables chewed up and always trash around.  Why pay to access charging when there's free and clean ones elsewhere.

I think this location is the best location.....a little secluded due to it being on the 5th floor of a parking garage. It charges faster than most. But if you do happen to go....try to go when the mall is open .. so you won't have to pay $6 for parking..  you can't stop in one of the stores and get free validated parking for 90 minutes.

I just hate the wait, but at least there is stuff around.
90 minutes of free parking with validation, your waiting anyway so grab a snack or shop a little. Tesla chargers are on the 5th floor of the parking garage. Volta chargers are on the 1st floor.
