Now I see why the reviews are so low. 2/4 chargers are out of service. And unless you have this special $200 adapter, you cannot use this with your Tesla. Yikes

Electrify America app showed charger 01 as working, but it was not functional when I got there. Other chargers at this site were out of commission or being used. Didn’t get to charge my vehicle until 3 stations later (stopped at Walnut Creek Broadway, then pleasant Hill, then finally concord). 2 hours after driving to this site, I finally had a place to charge. Such a pain.

Fast charging station in a chill shopping center.  I pick up some quick groceries from the Safeway and grab a coffee while waiting for my car to charge.

Power only reached 120kW on a 350kW rated charger. Several people waiting for a charger all jostling for their place in line. Electrify America is clearly struggling to achieve minimum service levels.

Has broken chargers every now and then but it usually works, and all 4 chargers go very fast. EA needs to improve repair times and breakdowns however. Also depends on the charging speed of your car of course. With Hyundai's 350kW charging you should get 225kW peak when charging from ~20% but weather below 60 degrees Fahrenheit will definitely slow you down the colder it gets. It's better to come here during low demand times and fill up so you don't have to wait too long.
