Charging works great. Its not fast, but it works with no issues

Except there have been vehicles parked in the spot that are non ev or not charging. A city employee parks their car in the blink charging spot. The city of Watsonville needs to better enforce the parking spots.

There is also one charging spot that has a disabled parking logo. We are unsure if it is also allowed to charge without being disabled. There needs to be a sign that explains which it is.

The last three times i have tried to charge, i had to park in a regular spot because a Tesla was parked in Ev spot without charging. It stayed for almost 2hours. The employee white sedan also parked for over 2hrs.
