Clinton Corners, NY Supercharger

Arrived after 11pm on Saturday. No one here. Very clean, well lit until midnight, then complete darkness. Still feels a lot safer than most places. I got up to 130kwh.

Stopped here on a Friday afternoon. 8 ports, 150kw, very fast, all working. When we arrived, there was only one other car. While we ate delicious ice cream from Stewarts, and charged our car for 10-15 minutes, more than 5 cars arrived, some departing within just a few minutes.

A real treasure, this one.   If it was any closer to the Taconic it would be in the median.  It's behind the Stewarts.  I like that it's not in front of the store or next to the gas pumps, but around back so you don't have to jockey between vehicles trying to park or get gas.  I wish all the convenience store superchargers were done this way.  From this station, you can reach New York City south, Albany north.  The northern end of the Taconic is newly paved and smoooooth as of 2023.  One of my favorite superchargers.  Sunday afternoon, only 1 other car there.

8 chargers.   80kW rate at 60%.  Place has usually been empty when I've been in.  Convenience store on site.  Didn't show up in Tesla navigation for some reason so couldn't navigate to it. P

Tesla 8 Port Fast Superchargers. Very close to Taconic State Parkway exit. Easy off and easy back on. Behind gas station and Stewart's store.  Store has a reserved handicap parking. Store has tables to sit and eat. Store open 5am to 10pm. They even have many choices of ice cream. Unisex bathrooms are available that are for handicap too.
