non-EV vehicles permitted to park in these spots, so get here early

Takes about 4 minutes for the charge to start transferring. Easy in and out. You are right outside the hospital cafeteria and bathrooms, so easy access to snacks/drinks/restroom. There are two stations here, both are level 2 chargers.
