AI Overview
The chargers are on the 2nd floor of the parking garage; signage directing to them from the entrance is limited, and there are other EV chargers on the 1st floor that are not Tesla Superchargers. Drivers report this location is frequently busy with wait times not always reflected accurately in real-time availability, and individual stalls occasionally go offline.

There was no signage to direct you to the Tesla supercharger. As you enter you find some signs saying electric vehicle charging, how ever it is not the Tesla supercharger. The Tesla supercharger is on higher level. The supercharger itself was very good. When I started I got a charging rate of around 540 miles per hour. Got the idea to click it after few minutes, but it went down a little by the time I clicked

Availability as reported by the Tesla map is not correct. It told me three stalls are available and no cars are in route so I went. When I got there there were actually three cars in line waiting. I became the fourth car waiting. And while waiting I checked the Tesla map again and it still shows three stalls were available. After waiting for 20 minutes and only one car completed charging, I left and went to the supercharger next to the Target also in Cupertino.

Note, ithe superchargers are located attractive the second floor. You will see some electric charging stations at the first floor but they are the generic charging stations, you will need to go to the second floor to locate the Tesla superchargers. I missed it first time, then I parked the car inside the garage and walked around to locate the chargers at the seconded floor. It’s a busy place but you will find some spots if you can wait for a few minutes.

The supercharging here is unusually slow and always full. There was one charger that was out of order so always showed as available in the Tesla map but was recently fixed as of December 2019. Tesla makes it very difficult to contact them to report an issue claiming “Superchargers are monitored closely and regularly serviced by our Tesla Service Technicians to address any technical issues as quickly as possible. There is no need to contact or report problems with a Supercharger.” Supposed to be limited to a 40 minute charge per visit per the sign but I’ve seen people go longer and it’s not enforced.

Convenient location and fast supercharging. Usually one or two chargers are under repair. Since the location is quite popular, you will most likely have to wait in line. Otherwise this is a nice place to supercharge.
