AI Overview

Chargers are located in diagonal parking spaces on the street. Payment via tap-card can be unreliable; use the app instead. Multiple drivers report that one or more chargers frequently fail to initiate or connect, and card readers on some units may not respond—check the app for real-time status before relying on a specific charger.

I'd avoid paying by tapping a credit card here - it put a $55 charge on my card that I ended up having to call EVGo to get cleared. Either use the app or avoid these chargers :\

There are 3 CCS and 3 ChadeMo chargers here, no other charging ports available. A real hole in the wall, but an excellent place to charge 50kw Max output 2hr Max Free Parking until 6pm then Unlimited Free Parking Sign up for AutoCharging with the EVgo App or Website Drive for a living? The worst!! I tried two chargers of the three. The first wouldn't charge after 4 attempts. That was Cindel. I moved to Lakelyn. Same problem. Won't charge and now the charger won't release. I called the EV Go customer service number. The first two people hung up on me because they couldn't help me. They said I can't help you and hung up. Third person is just as useless. It is pouring rain today. Her solution is for me to sit around for four or five hours for the technicians to come out to release the charger. I still haven't charge my vehicle. I have to be at work, which means I'm going to have to call in. I am stuck here until they decide to help me. Worst customer service, ineffective charging stations. Do not come here.

Complete and utter trash, card readers do not work on either of the leftmost chargers. Do not come to this location if you expect to actually receive electricity for your batteries. Leftmost reader is stuck "verifying" for 20 minutes. What a joke.

I had no problem today charging a Chevy Bolt with the CCS charger on Lakelyn. Plug in, connect, done. The chargers are in diagonal parking spaces on the street. There is a 2 hour max which should be enough for most vehicles to get to 80%.
