AI Overview
The chargers are located in the East Garage on level 2, one floor below Whole Foods. The garage has a 2.03 meter overhead clearance. Drivers report that vehicles are frequently left parked in stalls after charging completes, blocking available spots and increasing wait times. The location can be difficult to find depending on your garage entry point; the easiest route is to head to the Whole Foods entrance and take the small ramp down, then turn sharply left.

• Drivers are regularly leaving vehicles parked after charging is complete • This blocks available Supercharger stalls from other drivers • Creates unnecessary congestion and longer wait times • Recurring issue at this location • Site needs stronger idle-fee enforcement, monitoring, or signage

Non-Tesla vehicles with the charging port on the right of the vehicle are parking here and occupying two spots (the one they’re parking in AND the one they’re using the charger from, since they’re charging on the opposite side). Tesla needs to ban this. Allowing non-Tesla vehicles to charge is fine, but if they can’t conform to the design requirements, ban them.

Super annoying to find depending where you enter from. The easiest way is Head to the entrance of the whole food and make your way down the little ramp and take a sharp left. Hopefully that help because I was lost for 10 mins

Everything else is great here, but unfortunately, the area has had a strong urine odor for the past four months, and nothing seems to have been done about it. The parking lot, which I believe belongs to Whole Foods, is otherwise clean and well-maintained, so it’s surprising that this ongoing issue hasn’t been addressed yet. Hopefully, management can take action soon to resolve it.

It charges fine but my god it stinks. Not sure how nobody else is pointing this in their reviews. Also you might have to wait more often than not.
