It says(still does as I arrived) 5 spots free. But none are free. Some guy comes out and tells me they are charging dealership cars. That’s ok if none are available don’t fake it. Don’t show anything is available!! 😡😡 Don’t make customers look stupid. Stop this

Always busy. Have been told several time by employees to go somewhere else to charge even when there are chargers available

Very disappointing that a dealer in Dedham MA has the worst chargers in Boston. Always a wait. When I did get a charger it was at 20 miles per hour. Charging new vehicles. Long wait. Don’t bother. Go to 95 in Newton.

Update: 11/25/2023 - charger showed as available and did find a lot of spots. It was charging at low speed and assumed it's because of low temperature. Then it started to disconnect from charging. I re-engaged it and did it again so I decided to leave it with few miles added and not break something with the latch. Update 12/12/2022 - Tesla map displayed 1 spot and was pleasently surprised to see 3 open. The charging speed was fast which saved me a good chunk of time. Changing review from 2 to 3 but would appreciate more charging stalls, and removal of reservation cones to block the use of of some stalls. Don't like this charger. They are usually full of cars being serviced. It was one of the first ones that got built and was one my favorite in the past, I avoid it these days unless I have very low charge and have to stop. Nearby there is a Dunkin donuts and a Hooters and if you venture further there is a an open mall.

This Tesla Supercharger station is very problematic. The Tesla dealership on which it is located uses the chargers for cars about to be delivered and routinely, only 2 or 3 of the 8 chargers are available to actual Tesla owners… Also, the chargers break down fairly often due to the very heavy traffic, I have seen up to 3/8 out of order in the last month or so. I think that dealerships should not be allowed to use the chargers designed for the public.
