The B charging cable side said partial connection when it was fully connected

There are 2 charging stations. Each has 2 plugs. But all do not work. As show on the screen, one station does not show anything. Another one shows not available.

Doesn’t charge Kia’s. Then when we were about to plug in, it turned red and all 4 stations turned off.

Download the app and create an account. After that download the payment card into your apple wallet to pay with a tap. Only enough this location did not show up in the app but it did show up in Google Maps.

We were on our way out to family in Idaho, and realized we needed to charge somewhere. The only chargers available were for Tesla, and forgive me for having an EV thats not a Tesla. We were running low kn battery when we found a fast charge station but it was all the way out in BFE Quincy. Wose still, it was behind a locked gate so we couldn't even use it! Needless to say, was stressing on our last 50miles when we found this one. After searching and driving around in the dark we were so thankful to find this one. Got fast charged and back on the road again in just a couple YouTube videos. Thank You Sooo much! Saved our Thanksgiving Holiday by having these stations available 24 hours.
