Dubai, UAE - Al Habtoor City Supercharger

The hotel charged exorbitant parking fees without posting any parking fee signs. They charged 75 dirhams for ten minutes, and you couldn't leave without paying. I believe this is fraudulent. I think this is the hotel's behavior. This review should be in the hotel's rating section.

Drivers beware: this location is no longer a viable option for a quick charge. While the chargers are redundant and sitting empty, you now have to pay a flat 75 AED just to enter the parking garage to access them. The chargers themselves are already tucked away in the basement and hard to find, but this new fee makes them completely useless unless you are already a guest at the hotel. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Still want to explain location to others, it’s in basement parking of Habtoor Palace .

Highly inconvenience. No sign boards to find the charging station. Very difficult to navigate to the spot. Wrongly mapped on Tesla screen. Even google shows it wrong. Worst is the charging station, Habtoor has put metal rods between the parking spots, impossible to open the door and come out. Even the booth is too close to the car and impossible to move around if there is another car parked next to you.
Took me 10 12 mins to find the B2 charging station, specially because there are no navigation signs or directions shown.
Even worst someone has kept garbage in the charging bay and hotel hasn't cleaned it.

Completely occupied by taxi drivers. When I asked Taxi driver to move his vehicle and will complain security, they are laughing as if security team is in their control. Management has to look into this ASAP. I see around 7-8 taxi in the charging area. Finally had to wait till he completes his 100% charging.
