While it’s the best fast charge option for non-Tesla vehicles, the membership options and payment terms are confusing and misleading. They force you to pre-pay in $10 increments… I’m renting a car and will not utilize this service in the foreseeable future. Advertised at 350kW, actual charging speed

There are eight EV charging stalls at this site. They’re not arranged in one straight row, instead, they’re split into two groups of four. One set of four is in one area, and the other set of four is located in a perpendicular section nearby. My experience here was very good. I was able to charge at about 92 kW. At 80% battery charge the rate dropped to 43kW which is to be expected. Another nice feature is that the charging area is covered, which makes a big difference in bad weather (rain, or strong sun).

The chargers have recently been upgraded and my Ioniq 5 usually gets close to its max charge speed of 240kw. It’s nice to be in a shady spot during summer. The nearby restaurants are great too.

Drive to Lifetime Fitness and you'll fund it, inside front corner of parking garage, just to the left of Lifetime. Slow - Only charging up to 110 Kw/min, with an almost dead battery, normally should be near 200. Eight chargers but only four parking spots.... SMH . Completely idiotic.

It is always pretty busy. Better check availability before heading there. But my worst experience was charging... I was feeling very ill, limping with a cane. I pleaded with a nearby ( Life Spa ) gym front desk to use a bathroom, and she pointed outside and told me to go to the Chesse Cake Factory. It was an awful walk for me, and by the time I got to the corner and realized how far cheese cake factory was, i began to panick. I really was in pain and had to go to the bathroom very badly, and i was so far from the car. I won't go into the rest. But now, I just feel like yea, the ev station might be good or even a lil crowded sometimes, but if there's a bathroom emergency, I'll be screwed in this location.
