Only 2/4 are able to use it. Free charging is why people keep plug for so long. Never expect to get charged at this location.

Here is the location of the 30 Amp charger. It is on P2 towards the west side of the parking. You have to drive along a wall in the center of the parking lot, in a westerly direction. I hope this google Maps screenshot helps. Otherwise, it is hard to find. But once found a valuable location for parking at 2$ an hour and free charging if you need to park downtown. Think this will be my go-to place as it beats parking anywhere else for a higher price with no charging.

Virtually impossible to find in a huge parkade, with zero signage. Not that it matters, as both are out of order. One hasn't even been activated yet. Waste of time.

First attempt, and Station 1 was visibly out of order. Station 2 was on, but not connected. Using Flo to connect. Might have worked if I had the chargepoint App, or a physical tap card.

There are four parking spaces and 4 charging points with L2 Leviton units. They are not very powerful but they are free with paid parking. Charging place is difficult to find in the Parkade. Nothing is marked very well. You must go to L2 near the Westin hotel entrance. It’s near the mural with the bison. Opposite of Westin entrance.
