  The charger labeled Romolo kept timing out and falling to charge. Stayed out in the sun for a long while trying to make it work before moving to Larkin which eventually worked. Frustrating experience

  After 30 minutes of trying to get the touch screens to work, I gave up and turned around and headed back k home because I had used half my home chage to this point on my map. Had to. Cancel my trip. One charger worked and someone was parked on it and gone. All the other screens where not working. Very disappointed.

  There are 4 ports in all. 2 of them don’t work. The other 2, only 1 will charge at a time. Called customer service and they said this does happen and we just have to wait for the other car to finish charging. Would give this charging port a negative if I could. It is unreliable and customer service is no help. Between wait time of other vehicles and charging time we have been sitting in this plaza for over 2 hours to get vehicle finally charged. And each time the kw would continuously fluctuate down to 1 Or even stop. Each time it stopped, I had to end the session which I was charged for each time i had to restart. Unacceptable! Don’t waste your time or stress yourself out with this station.

  These are on the Philly- bound side of the plaza. If you are AC-bound, just snake around to the other size, around the gas station. Given the long line at the gas stations at this plaza, I felt like the 20 minutes juicing up was actually on par with the gasoline vehicle fueling time. The first charger did not work and would not release despite my efforts. I had to call EV go. The second charger worked, but errored at the end of my session.
