J1772 charger required me to download an APP to PAY for charging (since the credit card reader didn’t work) COULD NOT USE THE CHARGER SINCE I DONT HAVE THE LATEST OS TO INSTALL THE APP. Terrible.  EV charging needs improvement here in the 🇺🇸

Only two characters where electric america has 20 super fast. It is more expensive to use EV Go during the day

Difficult to find these charging stations. They are tucked in a location that is partially occluded by a parking structure and staircase. They are also older machines, not well lit, like the banks of other branded stations nearby.
There are not enough EvGo stations here, and the ones there do not support dual charging.
I was able to reserve a station, but the Google Maps directions DO NOT accurately describe how to find the pitiful two or three EvGo stations which are partially hidden from view due to their location in the parking structure.
Due to the difficulties in locating the EvGo stations, I was unable to find the stations in time to make my reservation. I was then charged an extra $5 for missing the reservation time.
These stations get a lot of competition for use and they are also more expensive than most of the other EvGo public stations I've used (this is partly due to San Diego Gouge and Extortion (gas and electric) Time Of Use as it was between the hours of 4pm - 9pm which is when they charge the most - and should be illegal - price gouging.)

Good luck finding a parking spot to charge your car here. I've been here one thousand times and I have never seen one open.

Pretty easy access to the chargers in the parking lot. Right next to the mall so you'll have plenty to do while you wait to complete your charge. Food options within the mall as well. Just make sure to move your car once charging is complete to make room for others.
