This was my first time using this location—I didn’t even realize it was here, so that was a nice surprise. Overall, it turned out to be a solid experience with a few frustrations worth calling out.

Pros
Not crowded: Plenty of availability when I arrived, no wait time

Fast charging: True to the “hyper fast” claim—went from 0% to 85% in about 40 minutes

Convenient location: Right next to Tesla chargers (though they definitely have more units)

Easy in-and-out experience

Cons
Limited capacity: Only 4 chargers, which could become an issue during peak times

Pricey: Charging cost was around $0.64/kWh when I visited

Charging cap: Automatically stops at 85%—this is frustrating. As a customer, I should be able to decide how much to charge. We don’t limit gas fill-ups, so why limit this?

Overall
Despite a few drawbacks, this was a positive first experience. The speed alone makes it worth using, especially if you’re in a pinch. That said, pricing and the 85% cap could definitely be improved to make the experience feel more customer-first.

Nice to have 4 fast chargers. It's behind the bank next to their drive thru banking lanes.

These are fast charging stations. Has only four spots and it's behind a bank. Not too bad but have waited for a spot. Electricity needs to have more stations and make it double ports. More people are getting EV vehicles but no charging stations are available

I was stuck here from 12am to 5am because the second charger got stuck in my car. It took the team 5 hours to finally get there and remove the cable from my car as it was an malfunction issue from the cable itself. I do not recommend this place nor this company at all. Unfortunately charging stations are limited but it was a horrendous experience. The team kept giving me false updates of when someone would get there, and made me sit and wait there overnight.

In a fairly secure location off a busy street in town. Three of the four charging stations worked. Electrify America is aware that Station 2 is not working.
