Most expensive charger I have ever used! As of 10/17/25, this station is charging 0.64 kWh + $0.40 per minute Ideling fee. This is about 2x to 3x more than other local chargers.

The card reader is inoperational so you are forced to download the Electrify America App to charge.* You have to deposit a minimum of $10 in the app and you also have to allow them to add at least $10 to your account if your funds drop below $5 in order to prevent "an interruption in your charging."

*Based on other reviews the card reader has been inoperable for at least 2 years.

Absolutely terrible have an adapter for their charging stations for my Tesla and none of their stations except the extremely slow charger will recognize my car with the adapter.

The space we were in was a bit tight, but we made it work. The 350kW charger isn't seen or "advertised" well, but it's there! Just hiding behind the 50kW nozzle.

The card reader was not working on the machine, and I thought I was going to have to drive four miles on low battery to charge. I was only on hold with customer service for about 2 minutes, and the rep was extremely patient and helpful! Guided me through using the app to pay and overriding the card reader, before telling me someone would be sent out today to check out the card reader. Overall fantastic service!

Absolute garbage station. Tried three different card readers. None worked. All sorts of error messages. Customer service no help. Waste of time driving here, could have left me stranded
