Don’t swing into the first parking lot. Go further down and you will see another entrance with a red wall. It says that there is 250kwh but while charging it only went up to 146kwh. The parking space is a bit narrow. Hopefully it will be another Tesla supercharger where there is much easier access and maybe nearby a shopping center would be great. 40’minutes of doing nothing while charging the car so bring some snacks and drinks :)

Difficult to find, enter, and maneuver. The exit button doesn't work. Chargers are always available. The location isn't bad.

Bonus tip for those who read reviews 😄 Don’t enter the first parking lot — we spent a while looking for the Superchargers! The correct entrance is on the right side of the main hotel entrance. To access the charging area, you’ll need to enter the PIN code provided by Tesla. Charging was perfect — plenty of stalls, no waiting, everything worked flawlessly ⚡️ And once you’ve completed this little quest, treat yourself to a glass of Prosecco on the rooftop with a beautiful view — or even bring your swimsuit for a quick swim! 🥂☀️

You need to go into the main hotel entrance and then there’s a car park with an LED parking barrier (it’s not in the other car park). And yeah, a little tight, but no issues apart from if you’re a RHD and you need to put the PIN code in. The hotel lobby is somewhere nice to hang out whilst waiting, grab a coffee or do some emails.

Supercharging is in the hotel parking lot. A bit complicated to get in the first time and narrow to navigate among some of the columns. Worst of all is the number of smart ass people who park in the superchargers. The hotel may not know all the time, but even if you complaint still people parking over and over again. Funny that Tesla charges you in case you overstay without charging and petrolheads park without caring or paying. The hotel should take more care on protecting their premises.

Very difficult to find, not a single sign and charging spaces used by hotel vehicles (from the hotel itself) to park (without charging) occupying free chargers.

Inside the hotel. The entrance is better than the one at the Marbella hotel on the Golden Mile because access isn't as complicated, but the garage is even narrower. It's a real ordeal watching cars park while charging; it's not easy. Come with plenty of time, wear your swimsuit, and have a drink on the hotel terrace, which is very nice, taking it all in stride. Many cars are parked in Supercharger spaces that aren't even electric, creating empty spaces in the system that aren't actually available. There are also many chargers from other brands, so at least for me, charging is always slow, like in office buildings with many connections. Between one thing and another, you lose a lot of time. Better than the one in Marbella, but still just okay. Tesla desperately needs a well-placed surface Supercharger in the area. The only decent one is the Plaza Mayor, which, if you don't go there, is quite far from the western Costa del Sol, where the options are like this, so you have to take it in stride.

Hard to.find the entrance check the photos. To open the entrance press on car screen supercharger red icon and you will get the password which you need to put to open the gate. Careful with the way in, hard to manoeuvre inside. Nice closed space. Clean WC and baby changing in the hotel! If you have time visit the infinity pool on the top floor of the hotel for a drink!

My experience hasn't been like that of the other users who have reviewed it before me, since I haven't encountered any combustion engine cars in the Tesla charging stations. However, I have found it incredibly difficult to locate the Supercharger. The entrance is completely confusing, and you shouldn't enter through the hotel's first parking lot, but rather through the reception area, which isn't indicated at all and is utterly confusing. I've attached photos so you can see how to get there. The hotel ramp where the Superchargers are located is very steep, and Tesla Model 3s can scrape the undercarriage. On the plus side, there's a bar on the hotel rooftop with a relaxed and modern atmosphere, but it's incredibly expensive: €6 for a beer. P.S.: They're V2s.

This supercharger is well located and inside a hotel garage. Every time I've gone, I've been able to charge without any problems, and it operates at 150kW. However, it's true that combustion engine vehicles often occupy the charging spaces, which I don't understand given the barrier limiting access. The signage for the Tesla charging spaces could be improved.
