There are several broken chargers at this location. It wasn’t like this a week ago at least 3 broken app says temporarily closed but still open for charging if you find one that works. Tesla, this site needs attention immediately!

Coming from the West Coast and this charger is disappointing. Slow charge speeds and torn up handles. It's unfortunate this is the closest one to my place. It's been out of service this past week, im hoping it's undergoing repairs.

This is a terrible place for charging. The location being near the Target Parking entrance/exit makes it difficult to wait for a space to charge. When I was finally able to get into a space for a charger, the charging station was broken. The stress of trying to get a spot to charge is not worth it. This area is heavily crowded and other cars will swipe in to take the spot you were waiting for.

Very nice location, not all chargers are capable of high speed, the first one was slow, then I moved to another one, the charging speed doubled . The stalls are head in which is a first I have seen. Busy location although not full at 10 am.

There’s 12 charging stations, but 1A, 1B and 3A charge stations are currently broken. Not sure if there’s a way to report this to Tesla to get it fixed. The max speed is 150 kW, so it’s not super fast. However, it’s at the best location, you can always enjoy the walk at Rio and spend your time at Target or Kohls, so maybe it’s a good thing that the speed isn’t too fast 🤣
