Garber Ford Bay City - DCFC

Great charging station. This was one of my first times ev charging and the owner came out and was very pleasant and helpful!

Very nice location with a bathroom that was open. I was here during normal business hours. There is also air for your tires and a vacuum, with a fee to use, but convenient to use while charging. The blink app isn’t great, but you can pay as a guest without an account. The gentleman here was very nice and helpful.

My experience at first wasn’t good because I could get any of the chargers to actually start charging. Then a piece on the inside of the charger door broken so it wouldn’t open. I was about to leave when Darryl the owner came out - I asked him for duck tape and also got my vehicle charging on the first attempt and gave me a car wash while I wait. Good customer service goes a long way.

One of the few non Tesla fast charging stations in the area.  My first fast charge and was able to get a car wash while I waited.  GREAT customer service!!!

What a great find!!! The owner came out, hooked up to the vehicle before I even got out and walked me through the pay features. Offered us to sit inside or use the restroom, completely not what we expected rolling up to a charging station!
