Located at the East side of the Ann Taylor Factory Store Parking Lot.

Place is busy. Don’t expect fast charging as units are inconsistent with kW. So you have to have patience here. Been more than a few times people end up paying the idle fee because it’s worth their $0.45/min for others to wait. Ugh very annoying.

This charging spot is fantastic and very convenient for anyone needing to power up their devices. It would be even better if there was a coffee shop or a similar establishment nearby, offering a place to relax and enjoy a beverage while charging. Unfortunately, the current nearby location is an Ann Taylor, which doesn’t quite fit the same vibe.

Next to the ANN Taylor Factory Store. Has 7 charging stations that seem to be working fine. I charged at station #5 with a peak of 156KW and the location is ideal for walking around while you wait. Food and shopping of you like.

It's disappointing to learn that a significant portion of the chargers are often broken, leading to delays and inconveniences for customers like you.

The fact that I always need to call customer service and wait for about 45 minutes to have the chargers reset and charge initiated is definitely not acceptable. Reliable charging infrastructure is crucial for electric vehicle owners, and it's unfortunate that Electrify America is falling short in providing a consistent and functional service.

The connectors are pretty fiddly and need to be held until charging starts (at least on my i3) but once it starts charging, it works well.
