Easy to access and charge vehicle. Clean area and plenty of amenities close by to shop and get food while you wait

The chargers there are the slowest even when I precondition my battery for 22 mins (thats how far I live from it) it never gets above 120 KW even with a 20 to 25 percent charge. Go five minutes away to the Westgate charger it's a lot faster hits full 250 kw when your battery is low and preconditioned. Plus it's kind of a dead spot for your phone back there. I've used every charger in the Phoenix/Scottsdale/Tempe/Mesa/ West Valley area and this by far is the worst charger only give it a 3 star because of the shopping and places to eat walking distance.

First time i visit a supercharger and more than a half of the stations are without power. People around trying to find one that works. Ridiculous

Opening the Tesla charging network to non-Tesla electric vehicles is proving to be problematic. On multiple occasions, I’ve encountered charging stations blocked or misused by other electric vehicles, such as Rivians, whose design isn’t fully compatible with Tesla chargers. Many of these drivers park incorrectly, creating awkward situations for others trying to charge their cars properly. This decision to open up the network to non-Tesla vehicles seems to have been a mistake. I foresee that continued misuse and improper charging methods could lead to damage to the chargers, ultimately reducing the availability of functioning stations for all users. This could negatively impact the efficiency and reliability of the network.

New, no issues. Short walk to Starbucks, or Target. Or quite a few other dining/shopping options.
