  Good supercharger, not closed at night like other reviews claim, you can ring at the gate and it opens. Shopping is good but the food truck 200 meters away is better! Best supercharger they had in my life, you find it on Google maps “R Food Truck” with location. You wouldn’t think that there is something when you walked over it but they are really there.

  Can anyone help me? To file a complaint, I don't know if I should do it to Tesla or to the hypermarket in Grandate Como. I set my destination as my home. Leaving from Omegna (Lake Orta), I'm leaving with 45%; in theory, I should have only made one stop in Como and then continued home! Up to there, everything was fine. I arrived with 25% 😡😡😡😡 I got to that supermarket and found the barriers closed, 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 with that percentage I couldn't get anywhere 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 with an intercom that no one answered! Is something like this possible? I also went to look for a fast charger nearby; of the two, an Enel one in front of McDonald's (broken), and another one further down, a NextCharge, I couldn't connect to. All this was fine, with three tired kids and a very angry wife. A return trip that would have taken me 3.5 hours took me 5:50 (naturally), arriving in Lecco and charging at a 30kW evway fast charger, but I still had to park for almost an hour to get enough charge to get to the next supercharger! A trip to forget because of a supermarket that opens in the morning and closes before midnight!! Plus, they close the barriers! But why would Tesla send you there if they know you can't get in?

  It's unacceptable that Google says it closes at 10 PM, but in reality it's the same hours as a supermarket. We arrived at 9 PM with 20% charge and had to go to an Enelx store. Luckily, there's one nearby.

  Fantastic stop, 8 stalls operational, 4 work in progress. Inside the Iper supermarket is a restaurant. The supermarket itself has fresh made salads, warm pizza slices and fruit/yoghurt cups.

  It's absolutely absurd that a Tesla Supercharger isn't active 24/7 and has to depend on the opening hours of a shopping mall. It should represent a certainty and safety for travelers. It should have been placed elsewhere.
