South end of parking lot off of Great Mall Dr., across the street from the Chevron station.

Good location when the machines are working. Currently 2 out of 4 aren’t working. A pro tip. If you arrive and a spot is empty but the app says “in use” just call customer service. Often people forget to “end” their session and it wont “release” a machine. Customer service can release a machine on their end for you.

All four 350kwh charger are available. Pretty good and happy charging experience

It stopped by itself at 55% and kept saying having errors even reconnect several times on 3 August 2023 around 8pm.

Another visit, more than 50%+ of charging stations were not working on 6 Aug 2023 morning in this location.

One is too high for the rating at this charging station. This is one of the busiest mall on the west coast, and they only have four charges. One of which is out of service. When calling customer service and waiting 20 minutes on hold, the agent acknowledged that they are waiting for parts for this unit. I tried charger 1 and it charged at 14 kWh, the second unit did not connect. And the third one took 5 tries to connect. This is becoming a common theme  with Electrify America.

It's good to have fast charger near by. However, not all the charger are working.
