Waiting and hour or more just to charge is so silly , I'm glad I don't own the car I'm driving at the moment, it's a rental , can't wait to go back to my ga powered vehicle , I would never buy electric

Electrify America stopped my charging session mid charge due to an “insufficient funds” claim, even though I had money in my account and hadn’t reached the limit. Then they immediately started charging idle fees and let them rack up to nearly $20 while the actual charge was about $1.
Customer service said the idle fee was “already posted” and non refundable while it was still actively increasing during the call, which makes no sense. You shouldn’t charge idle fees when you terminate the session.
Unfair, misleading, and poorly handled.

The service provides a valuable experience, albeit with certain operational challenges. The facility often experiences high demand, leading to extended wait times. Furthermore, some units are occasionally unavailable for extended periods. Somewhat it takes long wait times.

Recommendation: Utilizing the mobile application with a monthly subscription can provide cost savings.

Suggestion: To mitigate customer frustration regarding queue management, i propose integrating a feature within the mobile application that allows users to check in their vehicles. This would prevent individuals from circumventing the established order. (Maybe a digital screen shows with a car picture who is next)

We used a Kia Niro EV and to charge 40% takes 2hrs on the 350w machines and the small one is for overnight charging. Expect to wait for a charger. 10% charge is about $8

It's right across the street from 'Tesla City' and their huge bank of Teslas charging. I think my car charges faster. This location is good because the 'pumps' are spread out so eight cars can get in to charge easily. Smooth and easy, no fumes, and it's a nice area to socialize a bit. Tesla City is shown here, not the Electrify America location.
