Right on route 15 North you don’t need to get off the freeway  it is like a highway plaza with rest area, a small convenient store and bathrooms. There are plenty of charging stations. Tesla and other kinds. On   a Friday night there are plenty availability.  the only downside is that it is not on 15 S. going to New York   so you’d have to get off and make a U-turn

There's good number of charging stations, however, I don't get why people feel like it's okay to park non-tesla cars and take up a charging stall.... There should be patrol giving tickets or penalty on this. There are so many other parking openings for regular cars, and when I was there, two cars decided to park in Tesla stalls while there were at least 5 other parking available right behind them

Avoid charging here if you can.  It's a small but busy rest area with not enough parking overall.  Charging spots allow non-EV cars to park for up to 15 minutes so there's no way to know how many chargers are actually available until you arrive.  It's also very tight navigation to get in/out of the spots when the lot is fairly full and difficult to pull over anywhere to wait for a charger.

ICE vehicles parked in all 4 spots.  I just parked and blocked one of the gas pumps until a spot opened up.  I upgraded this to 2 stars because who doesn't love a good stop sign at the end of a highway entrance ramp?
No problem getting out for the Model 3 Performance.

Four Supercharger stalls at a busy rest stop. There are time limits imposed on each space by the rest stop, so I imagine there is decent turnover of vehicles when/if it gets crowded with Tesla EV’s. I had no trouble getting right in when I swung through.
