Charging speeds were limited, with a peak of 95 kW, despite only a few cars at the station.

The chargers are great. The area is terrible. You will be on guard the entire time you are there. I saw one guy approaching every parked tesla at the charger, knocking on the windows and asking for cash. Hard to feel comfortable here

Good prices and fast charging. However, the surrounding area is a safety concern both day and night. I have had someone try and open my car during day time (typically targeting cars where the owner leaves their car charging and may forget to lock the car). At night time, it is almost guaranteed panhandlers will knock on your windows for money (they get more demanding with women). Always be aware of your surrounds while there and I recommend not charging there during late hours.

Convenient location for charging, the surrounding area can be a bit rough around the edges. So far nothing worse than panhandlers.

Half of the 15 chargers have been cut off, the chargers that are in front of the building tenants. (See attached photos) The other half still work, that’s why I’m giving five stars but seems like customer/tenant retaliation for taking parking spots
