I suppose if you want to charge and head to the mall it’s ok. The stations smells like urine. The entrance is narrow but nothing that can’t be overcome with minimal diligence. It’s secluded. So, a bit of a safety concern. It’s not that hard to find. If you follow the directions. It’s straight forward. It’s one level down in the green garage as if you are going to the Orange garage but a small entrance on the right after the mall’s pedestrian entrance and well before orange.

READ DIRECTION: Drive to W.Alabama St. (one-way street) Just past the Galleria mall bridge, there is a narrow driveway entrance on your right side (See picture). It's in the Green Garage, LL2 (lower lower level), drive down one more level once you get in the garage and you will find the chargers in the back. Decided to share this because it was ridiculously hard to find the correct entrance.

Very hard to find. It is in the Galleria green garage lower lower level (LL2). The entrance and exit are very narrow and you better take the turns carefully. My passenger rear wheel ate all the concrete going down. Really drabby location.

Finally found this charge port!!! Yay!! So we entered from McCue street, and it is every easy to get to LL1 and find the demo car chargers… you are almost tempted to go there and charge, however that is not the right spot. When you come down the ramp to LL1 you have to stick to the right side, and there is a sharp turn going down the ramp to LL2 and that is what you need to take to get to these chargers. Thanks to the prior reviewer whose information helped us keep at it and find these chargers. Definitely need signage.
