Absolute great service i walked in and the store was clean the workers were friendly and the manager kindly fixed my glasses! If you want a stylish pair of glasses with great service this is the place!

The only place to go to get glasses in Philadelphia. Customer service is excellent, and the selection is vast. I had a issue with the lenses on one of my glasses and it took longer than expected to come. Russ took care of me and offered me a free pair of lenses on my next pair of glasses. He came through with his promise with courtesy and professionalism. I am a loyal customer... 💯🫱🏽🫲🏼

Time wasters. I emailed them back and forth asking if they would be able to change the prescription on a pair of glasses I bought, could they add transitions, etc. They told me yes of course, price would depend on the prescription, etc. I was very excited and told them ok sounds good, I’ll come in and get them changed. I then drove 45 minutes, walked in told them I was the person they exchanged emails back and forth with, id like to get the lenses changed just for them to tell me oh no if you didn’t buy the frames here we wont touch them! Ok then why would you tell me you could, makes zero sense. Horrible customer service and what a waste of time.
