EVgo Chargers are always broke or out of order in California. However haven’t had this problem in other states.

Been charging here, close to home, for almost a year. Only 1 time were all chargers working for maybe a few days. When they go down… It’s weeks, or a month or two, before they get fixed. Now all 4 fast chargers are down. Only 2 100 kwh work. And only 1 out of the 2 50 kwh down the street is working, but charging slow.  Will avoid charging at EVGO stations from now on, because of their horrible lack of maintenance attention.

3 of the 4 hough speed chargers are broken and have been for weeks. Jason, Michael & Cindy all don't work so form waste your time coming here.

Your chargers are never working at the Irvine lanes. You’re putting a lot of customers in a bad place because you’re not taking care of your software your EVgo chargers and being responsible with your business it’s unfortunate that sometimes it’s great but most of the time it’s bad experience for us customers. I hope you guys get it together and can take care of your customers because we can take our business somewhere else if you guys can’t take care of business.

Always crowded and big queue... This is one of the busiest charging stations yet 70% of the chargers won't work... Lot of time wasted for Irvine people... Never ever buy an EV thinking you can utilize public chargers.. it is a nightmare... This one charging station is great example... 70% of the chargers not working... Still the busiest one in Irvine...
