DONT CHARGE HERE. if you leave your car and go do shopping or anything this nature, the charging will just stop after 15 mins, just enough time for you to be away from your car and start charging you idling fees that is higher than the actual charge cost. I have called them and they just don't know what happened as it did twice one me the same event. bad customer service, back equipment that does not connect well and bad parking experience because its a hustle to get the parking waiving fees. just a bad costly experience I always have there as I am quite forced to charge there sometimes and I'm have to be locked in the car while charging.

He's chargers are reliable and indoors. The entrance and exit are by automated license tag readers. Remember to note the time when you come in as the first 30 minutes of parking are free. Immediately turn left and the chargers are right there on the right. The attendant will take down your tag number while you're charging to ensure you get your 30 minutes free.

I entered this parking facility solely to charge my electric vehicle, as there is an EV charging station located here. Even though there is a sign stating “30 minutes free,” I was still charged $28 upon exit. I clearly informed the parking staff that I was there only to charge my car, yet I was forced to pay. Later, when I contacted the charging app’s customer service, I was told that if I had stated I was charging my vehicle, this parking fee should not have been charged at all. In other words, this fee should never have been imposed. As a result, I ended up paying more for parking than for charging my vehicle, simply to use a charging station. This is unfair and misleading for EV drivers. If a parking facility hosts an EV charging station, vehicles coming solely for charging should not be charged parking fees, or this policy must be clearly and transparently communicated in advance. I am leaving this review so others do not experience the same frustration and unfair treatment.

Decent chargers and they work. But you have to pay for parking regardless of how long you park there; even though it says first 30 minutes is free. We paid $25 for parking for the day (we were only there 45 minutes max) and even got charged an idle fee because getting back to the chargers was difficult as we had to go through TJ Maxx. Only go in if you intend on staying for the day and be prepared to move your car. I went from 30% to 100% in my id.4 before having to drive back down to Richmond and it only took 36 minutes to charge. So times are good. But 2 stars because it cost about as much as a tank of gas to park/charge there.
