I bought a second-hand car at a dealership. When I bought a car, the dealer sold the car in the dealership with a free lifetime warranty recommended to me by the Chinese. She also said that if the car is faulty, I can give them priority repairs and I believe it. Nearly 3,000 yuan lifetime warranty. A few days ago, my car broke down. I went to repair the car. The repairman said that the balance bar failed and asked me where to put the car. He said that it would take two days to pick up the car. But now I haven’t contacted me for more than ten days. I went to the car dealership and found that my car was still outside and didn’t fix it for me. I told them that I’m not here to fix it. I’m going to drive my car away. What’s more annoying is that they couldn’t find my car key🔑 I want to ask you what to do when you encounter such a thing.
