The electrify America charging station is pretty good. It’s very fast. The only problem is they charge $.50 per kilowatt, which seems to be a little bit expensive, but that seems to be the normal as compared to the Tesla superchargers. The parking is a little bit cramped, because other cars who are there for shopping, also occupy the same spaces for the charging lots that should be fixed by painting something on the road, so that other shoppers don’t park in front of electrify America.

We have had the worst experience at this location. As of today 08-06-2024 this station is out of service we just went there and all stations were out. It has been this way for weeks/months now. As a electric car owner this place has made me to not ever and never again invest in a electric car. We tried to do the right thing to help the green movement but this experience is unheard of. This location has been having service problems for months now. Every time we go there people are all frustrated just like us, as shown in a lot of the reviews here. We have left reviews and comments via their mobile app which I'm sure most people are doing instead of the google review (you are able to leave a comment on the app itself for them). We have called multiple times and spoke to them and were give false promises every time and as of today their charging stations are all down. I really hope someone is reading this and does something. We have to charge our car to get to work and this cannot and should no be happening in this country to American families and consumers.

New to the charging game but the way these stations are set up is very inefficient. There’s two lines for each station, so you’d think you be able to charge two cars at a time. It’d be nice if the slots behind this station was reserved for EVs as well. And the placemats of one of the stations does not fit a standard SUV (pictured) and required a very awkward way to park in order to charge. Overall, it’s nice in theory to stop and charge at an outlet but it’s so busy here and walking around to shop is a waste of time unless that’s your purpose.

Started off at 112kW with one other car charging at one of the 4 stations. Within a few mins, and at only 47% charge, dropped off to about 82kW, where it remained until hitting 80%. Took a fair bit longer than I'd hoped to get the juice I needed for the next leg of my trip.
