It is located on the floor -1. If you enter the parking as on attached map, immediately turn left. There is a small sign above which is difficult to notice. Don’t miss it.

Chargers are placed in the parking in the mall. Really easy to find: just follow the signs in the parking area. While there was a lot of available chargers, we, however, experienced que on the highway leaving the mall as there’s a lot of traffic going into Kraków from here. The mall itself is modern and nice, and there’s also a Starbucks where you can grab a coffee while waiting for your car to charge

As others say, it's difficult to find and it's slow at charging. I'll try to describe it a little better here: From the roundabout right outside, drive down into the basement (floor -1 is where it's at). The general direction of the charger is straight forward. It's at brown 24, and brown is right behind purple, so if you see purple, then go further away from the entrance to find brown
