CUSTOMERS BE AWARE OF HIDDEN FEES I am new, using this company, usually all my charges are done through EVgo or ChargePoint but I decided to give it a try this this company and I open an account with. It was the worst experience I could have using a public chargers. I usually stay in the car while I was waiting for the car charge , but since the expecting charging time was over 30 min(with only 80% of charge completed) i decided to leave the car to full charge this time and eat something at the mall . I was over charged! They charge me extra for the idle time because according to the customer service my car stayed in place for 40-45 min more after the charge was done I was charged $18 something ( almost $19 dlls extra) without being previously be aware that this charge would occur . They call it “idle time” but doesn’t explain or show the charge $.04 PER MINUTE. The is an exaggeration and an absolute an abuse, which seems to me a lack of transparency and honesty from the company in the first place . My freight was only $8 dollars and the charge for “idle time”minutes on site was almost $19. I will never gonna use this company again for lack of ethics in the hidden charges they make. I tried to contact the customer service supervisor, to get reimbursement due to the lack of transparency and being new using the service of this company ever again . I am reporting this to the Beter Bussiness bureau If I can rate to -0 Star I would.

Probably the same guy breaks them as who puts 3-5 "commission me for home charger installation" cards over every single charger. Update: not even charger 1 is working. Charger 3 says it's up but won't take payment from the app (if you scan your phone, it says payment authorized but you won't get anywhere after that). Update: it's typically been fine recently. I dont trust it though.

Unfortunately, the availability of fully operable charging stations is so bad, I have no idea what is going on with this company. Are charging stations so new they break down so much? Is the technology that bad? This plays a direct role in discouraging potential Buyers from going electric as well as encouraging some EV owners to revert to hybrid or back to gas powered vehicles.

I'm in the petroleum industry. This is a first for sure. Fast charging and trickle are available at a .19cents per minute. As of 7/13, and for my vehicle.

Glad to see more E.A. charging stations being set-up in and around town. Fast charging at sixteen cents a minute is a deal compared to fuel prices. And the stations prove quite helpful in a pinch when range is low. Bonus that there are a multitude of chargers in a well lit area. Really pleased!!
