Went there today and none of the 3 chargers worked on my car. It’s like it’s not the correct ccs port. It fit but I noticed the plugs there are missing the top two prongs that complete the circle. Went to an evgo station and theirs had it and it worked.

People have left vechiels unattended and the charging line is blocking parked cars. Annoying

10.18.24 - they are online now, but will start stop multiple times and will only charge to a max of 80kW, when it's supposed to be a hyper charger. Electrify America must be really having financial problems 10.17.24 - All chargers have been offline since 2 weeks back and when you call in to ask when they will be done installing the replacements, I get bad customer service who tells me to just look at the app everyday. A absolutely insane 10.01.24 - It makes sense that the worst Kroger around has the worst charging station around as well. Go 10 minutes South and or east, this one isn't worth your time.

The charge stopped only after a few minutes while I went shopping. I get back in under 30 minutes and I've been charge 17 minutes idle time. The car was set to charge to 80% and ended at 69% So the car was set correctly. I don't know why it ended early. But then I contacted support asking them to remove the idle fees because something happened outside of my control. I even had to waste more of my time charging after getting groceries to the car. Support denied the case saying the charger functioned correctly and stated their idle fee. I can only assume there are complete idiots in charge of training suport and this company will be frustrating to use for charging. So much for the EA charging plan that came with the ID.4. I'm going out of my way to choose other chargers when I can and just charging at home. I can't stand this offensive crap.

There are never more than two of these units that are working. Also usually a line of cars waiting. This station needs to be expanded or another station needs to be opened in the area. This station is the very reason I would not recommend getting a car if you don't have a charger at home or at work. Totally not reliable.
