Slow and long lines to charge. Max it pushed was 45kw so much for 350kw at least give me 150kw ugh. Also had to wait 45 mins for a charger. By the time I left 5 cars in line. Maybe they should add more power and chargers.

Seems like the have got a lot of the issues fixed. Always had a good, fast charger here. My only problem is the price of these things. Over $22 for 160 miles, with the $7 a month membership fee and includes an 8% sales tax. Electric cars might be cheaper if you can charge at home but they are actually more expensive than gasoline at these fast chargers. The app for electricity America is solid. Fast and updates faster than the Subaru app. However, on this app and many others, they make you reload an amount as opposed to charging your card the specific amount each time. Makes no sense to me. What happens when you get rid of the car, can you even refund the preloaded amount? Why can gas stations charge you the exact amount but these apps can’t? Electric cars are fun to drive but charging them, if you can’t charge at home, is a nightmare for price and convenience.

Worst charging station in town! One charger is always down. Another charger says on the app that it’s unavailable, but then on the screen at the charger it says it’s fine. Can’t charge because the app can’t access that particular charger. Then there’s always another charger that for some reason won’t work, so the best you get is two out of four. This situation has been going on for several years, in fact, as long as those chargers have been there .

Of all the electrify America charging stations I have always had the most trouble with this one. At least one charging station is always out of service, I wish they would upgrade to the 350kw chargers but hey I can’t complain too much.

Most of them are always broken. The only way to get the one to charge is to literally hold or prop up the charging cable so it doesn’t unclick from your vehicle. Really hope they figure these out because it’s a bummer for those of us getting our first electric cars.
