The people who charge here are disgusting. They throw all of their trash and pee bottles on the ground. Sometimes there's a fresh diaper. DO BETTER! SOMEONE HAS TO CLEAN THAT UP AND NOBODY WANTS TO PICK UP YOUR PISS BOTTLE One month they took an extra $60 out of my bank account and basically said I was SOL. Use a card that you can preload because they will take extra money out of your bank account and do nothing about it. Even if you have all the proof. BS that with $17 in my EA account and it still kicks me off for insufficient funds.

BEWARE. Some of these are broken, and dont always show broken in the app. Edit: 10FEB24: 2 stations are down, but the app does not show one down until you pull up to it. EDIT: 25JAN24. 2 stations are down, but the app does not indicate that. I was able to charge this time, however, and at over 120kw. Initial review in 2023: Even calling the customer service number and having them reset DOES NOTHING. You will be stuck in a loop of "Connecting to vehicle", then "Retrying", then "Disconnect, and try again". AVOID.

Only 1 CHAdeMO pump. Although 2 pumps per station, only 1 car can charge at a time. Wasted time, space, and resources. The maintenance team is very polite and helpful. Waited while the stations were being cleaned.

Horrible location, people leave their cars to check the state of your charge. Lots of random foot traffic around your car as well as people leaving their cars for long periods of time and taking up chargers for at least 15-20 minutes past the norm. Avoid if possible, chargers at Sam’s Club on Craig and Loose are better if not during busy times.
