Located on the South side of the Fred-Meyer parking lot, near Bailey Street.

Kroger-Fred Meyer 516 (Wilsonville, OR)

$0.64/kWh in 06/2026. Expensive but fast charging, I probably got around 125 kW. No session fee.

Charging session fail.  Charged for five minutes and then stopped.  I was shopping (expected car to charge for 30 minutes or so) and came back to see that I was charged for 12 minutes of charging and also $6.00 for an idle fee because the charging had stopped unexpectedly.  I called EA and they said they would not refund the idle fee or the overcharge.  If you charge here, I'd suggest you wait by your car while it charges.  Not a lot of money, but abysmal way to treat customers.

Very near the interstate making it quick to get off, charge, and get back on. The charge speed was excellent, was able to fully charge quickly. Because I was trying to get to my final destination without another charge, I did charge to a higher percentage which did have some slowing at the end. If I did a "normal" full charge, I would have been done in 25-30 minutes. Note the address may also show as being on Boone's Ferry Road.

Great location.  Close to I5.  Large grocery store and several restaurants within a few hundred feet.
