AI Overview
Chargers are located on the east side of the Fred Meyer parking lot near the Garden Center. Parking is tight around the chargers; drivers note limited space to maneuver and walk between vehicles. Recently upgraded to CCS-only connectors. Some drivers have reported intermittent issues with Plug and Charge and connector release functions since the upgrade, though charging itself generally initiates and completes.

Electrify America has recently upgraded all four chargers at the Fred Meyer store in Sandy, Oregon to their Hyper-Fast 350kW chargers (CCS plugs only). I plugged in my Ford F-150 Lightning, it connected to Ford’s Blue Oval charging network, and started charging. My truck limited the charge rate to 160kW, so I couldn’t take full advantage of the charger’s capabilities. Parking is a little tight for the truck, but it looks manageable for all others. Seamless operation. No drama.

Works nicely today. The spots really need more space around the Chargers for people to walk around without bumping into other people's cars. Tripping over cores Etc the poles are in the way. Sometimes it's hard to park because of the orientation of the machines. If they replaced at the end of the parking space somebody could back in or forward in and charge comfortably. Please fix the charging stations in Longview and put more further north along the highway. Maybe Centralia. Thank you.

Used on several occasions coming back from ski trips between Portland and Summit Pass. With a preconditioned battery I would routinely get over 100Kwh on my Hyundai Ioniq 5. Never seems to be full and all stalls appear to be in working order.

Pulled in with my Leaf needing a charge while I shopped. There was no way to charge a Leaf at this station. Commercial only connector I guess. No one else was using them either. Blink station next to them was broken and only other option were the Tesla Chargers. What a wasted opportunity.
