EVGo seems beyond incompetent.  Poor GM…what a horse to tie your carriage to.  Mostly no charging due to system error issues - just a persistent and common theme for them.  Incapable customer service all of the time.  They could hardly try less.  Drive by, save your time, look for ChargePoint.  You can expect a completely different (better) experience, consistently. Nearest one is just down at Marketplace. Short drive.

I went to North Georgia Outlet Mall with my wife. and panicked after finding out the EV Charging Station was terminated. Then this one is the closest EV Charging station, hope this charging station would operate normally for long time. The location is good, we bought ice cream next to it while we were waiting. It took 6 minutes to charge from 30% to 50% for my Leaf 2015. The right one was out of order, so only 2 stations are working.

VERY RELIABLE, FAST CHARGING!!!  I rolled in at 40%, plugged in a 2025 EV Hummer into the taller/350kw station and within 20 minutes, was at 85%. I appreciated the convenience, ease of use, and comradery of fellow EV users while I was there!  The only mildly downfall is the 350kw charger is directly at the stop/"intersection" of the Lanier Crossing shopping center where everyone else is either cutting through/entering/leaving the shopping center and I experienced frustration from non-EV users as I was trying to back into the station.  (Possibly because no one really expects a Hummer to be electric; but I'm new at this; give me a break, please).  NOTHING to do with the station itself because I highly recommend it: worth the drive, even if at a slightly higher fee. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Reliable fast charging! Please note that Tesla owners can only start the charge via the EVgo app. I only drew 48kw on the Tesla plugs (shorter stations have 1 Tesla plug each). My Rivian, however, drew its maximum draw on the 350kw CCS station (taller station).

The initiation fee is about $1 and the pricing is pretty expensive ($0.42 at time of latest update)

Located across the parking lot from a Hobby Lobby.  With a 2022 Nissan Leaf, this faster charger charged up to 85% from around 40% in about 28 min. This one the best chargers that I've gone to so far. FYI: the middle charger only charges for about 30 min max on Chademo, best to use the right charger for Chademo.
