It was busy. It's located within a gated area required access code from your vehicle screen or app. Will recommend to use other locations in busy hours.

Update: the charging rate was fast at over 600 miles per hour. You will need a code to enter to charge and if you stay longer after charging, there’s a $5 flat rate for parking while you shop. I’ve always had problems finding the code, so this time I just used the Help Button and the lady gave me the code. There are only 8 stations here and I’ve used it a few times before with some waiting required. The last time I was here I didn’t need an access code since it was after the mall was closed and the gates were up. I learnt after I have entered the lot that the code for free one hour parking must be inputted upon entry. Well, I didn’t know that, but I rang the agent at exiting and I was allowed to leave without paying the $5 parking charge. You can find the access code with the GPS in your Tesla by pressing this Supercharger Station icon on your map. I gave a 4* because the wife can shop while I wait for car to get fully charged.

Fast charger if you can get a spot, most of them are taken by non-ev’s. So, you may have to wait for a Bentley or a Mercedes to move. Update: They have added signs and a phone number to report (attached).
