  Very disappointed by this stop at the Tesla Supercharger today, Wednesday at 5 p.m. The restrooms were closed, even though it clearly states on the door that they are accessible until 6 p.m. We came from Paris and stopped to charge our vehicle, also expecting access to the restrooms. With two young children, having accessible restrooms is not just a convenience, but a necessity. Tesla emphasizes the quality of its charging network, but a minimum level of service should be provided, especially when the posted hours are not respected. This situation is particularly frustrating after several hours of driving. I hope this problem will be addressed to prevent other families from experiencing the same disappointment.

  It's funny, the Tesla app said I needed to do an update, but when I went to charge the vehicle at the Tesla dealership, there was nothing there, and halfway through charging, as if by magic, the update started with a super slow connection, so of course I had to spend the whole night there.   I own a Ford Puma Gene-e and it charges in 30 minutes at a dedicated site with 24 working charging stations. Located at the A7 junction. Easy access. The lounge was closed because it was Sunday, but that wasn't my priority. The app is easy to use to see your real-time consumption. It's nothing like the public charging stations that are sometimes out of order, sometimes the app is malfunctioning… I'll definitely go back and recommend it!

  The Supercharger is very well located, right near the highway exit. 24 charging stations, it's clean. After checking with the Tesla dealership, I learned that the lounge with drinks will be permanently closed for security reasons, so don't expect it to be open. This is a real shame for those who recharge at night and on weekends. It was designed for comfort, but it's going to remain abandoned. I don't understand what's going on.

  Used a few times whilst staying nearby. Quite busy but never had to wait. Good charge rates and a Tesla showroom for toilets and drinks (during opening times, otherwise there's nothing in the area for facilities). Tesla navigation isn't accurate for the location but easy to see on the approach so ignore the directions and turn left into the Tesla compound to find the chargers!
