These must be older charging units because they charge at only 72kw.  Find somewhere else to charge.

It's terribly slow charging for 2025. Sure, there are lots of chargers and multiple shops and restaurants to visit while you wait. Ideally, I'd prefer to charge faster and then be on my way or move to another parking space. Tesla needs to increase the power available at this location as most of the chargers are often in use simultaneously

I normally get plenty of charges overnight at my home charger and I'm good for the entire day.  But whenever I need to travel to Stockton, Oakland, or the city I would need to drop by and do a quick Superchage. I only need about 20 minutes of charge time to about 100 miles.

One of the new additions for east bay supercharger. Right next to freeway, in the big outlet mall called San Francisco Premium Outlet (nite that it’s still petty far from the city of SF) There are 20 stalls with Max 72kW each, and not too busy as of now. In addition there two more traditional Tesla charger nearby. Restroom and restaurants are all in the mall for 2-3 min walk.

Largest number of chargers in the area.  Negatives:  narrow roadways make it a bit of a hassle to back in, when crowded.  On late nights, you may encounter ICE vehicles drag racing and running doughnuts on the strip nearby.
