All the money they collect but can’t fix the super chargers. Like gas is becoming a better option lol

I charged my rental (Hyundai IONIC 5) from 67% to 90% (about 80 miles of driving). It cost $55. Absolute ripoff. Never again. Don't go here.

What can I say. It's EvoGo which probably says it all. There were 6 cars while I was there who couldn't charge. One of the other drivers suggested another station 5 miles away. Unfortunately they were EvoGo as well and 3 out of 6 of those stations were out of order. We were all waiting there for a spot to charge. One lady had a young baby. It took me 7 hours to make a journey that should have taken 30 minutes. The only positive thing I can say is their phone support answers quickly, not that they could remedy the situation, nor did they refund my five session fees for each time I was told to, "try again.' What's the lesson for me? Never let my charge get so low I can't make it to a ChargePoint station. Whew! I managed to write this review without using an expletive.

Been here a few times because it's near my place and I have a plan with EVgo. There's usually at least one charger that isn't working but I've never had to wait as there's several and it's not usually busy. The parking spots are kind of a mess but if you're good at close quarters with your vehicle you can get to a charger. The fast chargers work pretty good but if you're still above 20% they don't go above 40kwh while charging but if you're below that they will go up to about 70kwh until after 60% at which time they will drop back down to around the 40 mark. I don't know who has control over how that works but this one is a little different than most. Most of the others I've been to will start out high no matter where your level is and then won't drop down until 80%. This one is overall slower than the others because of that. I've been here over an hour to get from around 10% to 80%. The others are usually around 40 to 45 min for the same charge. This one certainty isn't ideal but there's a king soopers and a few other shops in the lot so if you have time it's not bad. I usually go when I'm close to home and need things at the store. If I'm working and need the charger to work faster I go elsewhere.
