We need a trashcan here . There is trash all over the Tesla station . Also they are people stalking drugs at the charging stations I don’t feel safe anymore . Sometimes the people who is buying but not charging at Tesla station doesn’t allowed us the ones who actually needs to charge our automobile get into the charging stations. Supper sad since the charging station is great just the area is poor .

Great location! Location near:Black Bear Restaurant, McDonalds, Starbucks, Dollar Tree, Del Taco, Chinese Fast Food and Dollar Tree. It is well lit at night and there are 24 bays for Supercharging.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. Every single time I come to the Long Beach Tesla Supercharger, I get harassed by guys trying to “clean” my car. It’s incredibly frustrating because my car is already clean, and I just want to charge up and be on my way. Instead, I end up dealing with these pushy folks offering some kind of “waterless” cleaning that sounds like a total scam. It’s annoying and feels like I’m being hustled when all I want is to recharge my car. Plus, the station is always packed and busy enough without this extra hassle. Tesla really needs to do something about this because it ruins the whole experience. If you’re going to have a supercharger in Long Beach, at least make sure people can use it without being pestered. Definitely a one-star experience.

3 charging post were broken and unusable. One of the ports stop working after I charged for five minutes. Had to get back in line when I went to another station. Maybe it would have been a lot smoother if other drivers were patient and understood. So I guess I can’t complain too much or give this location lower than 3 stars.

No wait at this location but my car was "charging" incredibly slow. Says it would've taken 6 hours to charge my car. Update: Don't remember the date but it was after the initial review. I am very local to this charger and know the area very well. Same problems recently. Incredibly slow charge. I could be incredibly unlucky that I keep getting faulty chargers because I do see others charging there. Last time I checked, the charging station didn't even come up on my car's maps. Maybe they already know something?
