Unbelievable I didn’t mind the valet fee I was just running low on charge, after I said ok the valet said the chargers were full and that they had a busy day, I showed him it was saying 7 charging stations were open, he said I they wouldn’t be able to charge the car and recommend me somewhere else, way to go Hotel Indigo I’ll make sure I never stay there

You have to pay the vallet and you can’t use the app because it’s 2 levels down. Definitely will never use this place. Tesla should be aware of the bad experience their customers have when coming to this place.

I stopped here to charge my Tesla and was shocked to find out that I had to purchase something from the hotel just to use the charger. On top of that, they forced me to use valet parking, which cost a ridiculous $15 for just 20 minutes. This is a complete rip-off and totally against the spirit of making EV charging accessible. Tesla and the hotel should be ashamed for turning what should be a public charging station into an overpriced trap. I will never return to this location and I strongly advise other EV drivers to avoid it.

It's not a normal Tesla Charge stations. In order to charge, you need to valet the vehicle. And they will take care of rest. It is supercharge but charge $15 + tax per hour. If you want to charge 20 mins or 30 mins, they will still charge $15/hr. While charging, relaxing in hotel lobby is not bad at all.

Great view worth the 11 dollar valet. Can’t use tesla app because it’s 2 levels below, but valet is happy to update. Great drinks on the 18th floor. Great food on the first floor. Nice hotel. Also to go from 13 miles to 193 it only cost me $1.55 in charging fees.
