Super easy and very fast. Never had to wait for a charge.

Excellent place to charge, 8 charging stations usually not busy, and they let you know when they are offline. At this EV station you can also reserve your spot before you arrive.

Usually several chargers that don’t work at all and others that only work at reduced rates (today charging at 28kW on a 350kW station). EVgo has a long way to go…but I’m grateful that they invest in the energy transition!

Hard to find due to traffic patterns on streets, better signs would help.
Hard to pay, should be like a gas station - frictionless.
Everything works, but Card-Readers are frustrating, and App requires registration.
350watts is super nice.

This hub has saved me MULTIPLE times before work,  when I woke up to find my home EV charger malfunctioned and I had to be in OC by 11am.  Easy to find, easy access (is not in a paid garage) and there are a lot of them in a row at least four 350kW fast chargers in case some of offline or occupied. And six more less than a block away. Santa Monica got it right.
